The new version of the NPPF has finally landed!

Amongst the changes to areas of planning policy, this includes the category of ‘grey belt’, with proposals for grey belt land no longer classified as ‘inappropriate development’.

Lets hope these changes do result in the removal of barriers to ensure that the new homes and supporting infrastructure the country badly needs can actually be delivered!
