Projects include: 

  • Houghton Regis North - Site 1 - Proposals by the Houghton Regis Development Corporation a joint partnership between AXA Real Estate and Lands Improvement for a 260ha site North of Houghton Regis. Plans comprise of up to 5,150 new homes, a £45million contribution to the A5-M1 Link, 3 Primary Schools and new health facilities.
  • Sterling Gate, Nuneaton - Proposed development by Trenport Investments Limited. The scheme is aiming to provide between 500-600 new residential dwellings as well as a new neighbourhood centre, primary school and up to 8 hectares of public open space.

  • Peterborough District Hospital - Permission has been granted to Lands Improvement for the regeneration of the old Peterborough District Hospital site. The proposals includes up to 350 new high quality homes, an area for a primary school and preservation of important historic buildings.

  • High Leigh Garden Village - The High Leigh Garden Village Partnership is proposing up to 523 quality new homes, community facilities combined with open spaces and landscaping. The site is situated west of Hoddesdon. 

  • Oteley Road South -  Lands Improvement has purchased a site in Shrewsbury just south of Oteley Road. The proposed scheme includes 550 homes, 14 hectares of employment land, a community centre, care home, play area and open spaces

  • Woodcote Park Masterplan - The Royal Automobile Club's proposal for Woodcote Park include enhancement of the existing Clubhouse, a spa, redevelopment of the walled garden and improvement of sports facilities.   

  • Cambourne West - is a scheme proposed by Taylor Wimpey UK Ltd and Bovis Homes for up to 1,200 new homes to the West of Cambourne, Cambridge. 
  • Eurolink V, Sittingbourne, Kent - Proposals by Trenport Investments Limited for 17 hectares of Land to the North East of Sittingbourne for the fifth phase of Employment Development. 
  • Chellaston Fields, Chellaston, DerbyshireProposals by Talavera Properties Ltd. on 48.2 acres of arable land to the south of Chellaston. Plans comprise of up to 500 high quality new homes, a local centre, hotel, food outlet public parks, squares and equipped childrens play areas.
  • Worton Grange, Reading, Berkshire - Plans for the 20 acre former Hewlett Packard site include a 100,000sqft supermarket as well as up to 300 residential units with a mix of 150 homes and 150 apartments. Also included is a potential community building, public open space and a new bus interchange.
  • Canvey Island, Castle Point, Essex - A proposal by Persimmon Homes Essex for up to 300 residential dwellings on a 26.7 hectare site on Canvey Island. Proposals include the provision of community facilities as well as much needed affordable housing.
  • Norwood Farm, West of Northampton - A scheme by Redrow PLC for up to 781 residential dwellings on a 68 hectare site. Also included is a 29 hectare Country Park. Resolution to Grant Planning Permission 26/08/10 Click Here
  • Brackley Saw Mills, South Northamptonshire - Providence Court Investments plans for 130 homes on a 5.8 hectares (14.3 acres) brownfield site in Brackley. Resolution to Grant Planning Permission 26/08/10 Click Here
  • Napier Park, Luton - Mixed-use development of 55 acres on the former Vauxhall Motor car plant generating around 7,250 jobs. Resolution to Grant Planning Permission for an uplift application 21/04/10 Click Here
  • Brickkiln, Brickkiln Wood, Hertfordshire Is a proposal by Bloor Homes for 1,000 high quality homes over a 63 hectare site near Brickkiln Wood, to the East of Luton in North Hertfordshire.
  • Gateford North, Worksop, Nottinghamshire - Proposals for 37 hectares of land to the North of Worksop for up to 700 homes.
  • Wavendon Park, Woburn Sands, Milton Keynes - A proposal by Storey Homes for up to 100 residential dwellings on 18.4 acres of land East of Milton Keynes in Woburn Sands. The scheme also includes plans to set aside 4.9 acres for a park and pond.
  • Compton Way, Earls Barton, Northamptonshire - A proposal for a 2.37 hectare site by Redrow Homes comprising of up to 65 high quality family homes & 0.67 hectares of public open space along with enhanced pedestrian connectivity.
  • Northampton Lane North, Moulton, Northamptonshire - A proposal by Redrow Homes for a development of up to 150 private & affordable homes. Almost 9 acres of public open space will also be provided.
  • Kaleidoscope, Cambridge - An application by Crest Nicholson to increase the number of apartments on the Cambridge University Press site by 35 from 408 to 443.
  • Stenson Road, Derby, South Derbyshire - A scheme proposed by Redrow PLC for the development of up to 145 houses to the West of Stenson Road, Derby. Proposals include the removal of 60 existing properties from a floodplain zone.
  • Godsey Lane East, Market Deeping, Lincolnshire - A proposal by Persimmon Homes East Midlands for another phase of development on a site within Market Deeping for up to 85 residential dwellings.
  • The Grange Phase II, Desborough - PDL have recently been instructed on proposals by CJC Development for 40 hectares of land in Desborough for up to 700 residential dwellings and a new local primary school.

  • Northbridge, Huntingdon - A distinctive high quality community by Persimmon Homes of around 1,000 homes, including social facilities, a school and shops.
  • North West Dunstable, Dunstable, Bedfordshire - proposals by Trenport Investments Limited and Cemex for a new residential development and a local centre to the North West of Dunstable.
  • Buckinghamshire - Redrow PLC are proposing a strategic residential development on a 30 hectare site in Buckinghamshire.
  • Stirling Place, Luton Airport Parkway - A major public transport node to the north of the rail station including commercial, residential and retail space.
  • Broadland Gate, Norwich - A new 49 acre strategic business park delivering high quality employment and major infrastructure improvements.
