Political Developments Limited Building Consensus

Worton Grange is a scheme proposed by Worton Grange Industrial Limited for a 20 acre site situated to the East of the A33 and south of Imperial Way, Reading. Plans for up to 300 new residential units compiring 150 houses and 150 apartment. Also included is a circa 100,000sqft supermarket with associated parking. Much needed community facilities are also included in the south east corner of the site.

Our involvement:

  • Liaising with key local stakeholders including Councillors and Officers at Reading Borough Council
  • Highlighting the scheme‚Äôs benefits to the local community through a public exhibition
  • Monitoring all local press on site
  • Building dedicated project websites, allocation of free-phone number and specific consultation email address, drafting feedback forms, culminating in the drafting of a Statement of Community Involvement
